Important SPAM Notice

Vemics has received a number of complaints recently regarding SPAM emails promoting our stock. While Vemics is publicly traded and our stock is available on the open market, we do not now nor have we ever engaged in stock promotion via unsolicited email, nor have we contracted with any third party to engage in any type of unsolicited stock promotion ­ via email or by any other means.

We believe that these emails are the work of stock promoters who are not affiliated or associated with our company in any way. Unfortunately we have no control over or contact with these unauthorized individuals and/or organizations sending these emails, nor do we know what the source of the emails is.

Given the sophistication of SPAM campaigns or mass email campaigns that are not authorized, in general it is almost impossible to track the origins of these emails, therefore making it virtually impossible to halt them.

Vemics strongly urges anyone who as any information as to the origin of these unsolicited emails to please immediately contact us so that we can take immediate legal action against the originators as well as contact the appropriate State and Federal authorities so that they may take appropriate action as well.
